"The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

"The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired.There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit.
