"This property in no resort. The lack of parking was crazy and expensive to pay for a reserved spot... then the loud music at the pool that you can't hear yourself talk to the person next to you. On our walk to the suite the flooring is peeling up and carpets are stained. Upon entering the suite the musty old smell was not what we expected. Mold in bathroom, floor tiles that had water coming out of the corners when you stepped on them. We put a towel on top of it so we didn't get wet using the...

"It was a very nice and clean"

"It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am."

"I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the soft bed but that is my preference. The air conditioning was supurb. Splash is so much fun. I didnt make it upstairs to the niteclub, maybe next time. The location is the best, literally in the middle of everything! I will stay here again."

"The room was clean and bug free. However, the room did not have a phone to call the front desk or staff. No iron to press clothes to get out wrinkles. These things are mostly standard in hotels, but none were found here. The tv was functional but dated. WiFi was available which was a good thing. I did inquire about a golf cart and was given rate info, but getting instructions where to get one that had reasonable prices wasn’t easy. Fortunately, most restaurants were within a few minutes walking...

"Hotel room T.V. remote was difficult to operate to obtain free stations. Also, handicap room had no explanation on small platform found laying on floor of bathroom. Otherwise, room was very clean and spacious with no less than ten plus grab bars located in bathroom bathtub. Room window overlooked great lake view. Also, morning breakfast room was large and spacious."

"Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

"The room itself was great and was very clean, however, there was absolutely no visits from housekeeping during our stay. No cleans towels were brought to us, no trash taken out. We had to get fresh towels twice during our stay."

"The location was great! Private beach was very nice. The office closes at 8:00 and that is where the ice machine is located, so no ice after 8. Could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, a great place to stay."

"The hotel through Expedia was $60 more than their walk in rate. The room door was sprung and wouldn't close without you having to slam it. The breakfast was nasty and the room stunk like mildew and the linen were damp. Spoke to front desk and they said too bad, we are sold out. Feel free to find another property, but no refunds since you booked through a 3rd party! Would not reccomend EVER!! $760.14 FOR 2 NIGHTS..."

"The hotel is well located. However it is quite old and not so clean. 1) there is no elevators. We have to move our luggage by stairs 2) the room has a moisture smell however one of the lady staff is vey helpful and she is helping us carrying the luggage to second floor."
