"Don't expect to find parking as there is not much. They should not allow golf carts to park in automobile spots, and that would open some up. I hate the fact we had to wear a bracelet 24/7. It's just a terrible concept for a place that pushes being out by their pool all day, yet will require yet another bracelet once you get in there. Makes no sense to me. The bracelet should be a sign we don't need another bracelet at the pool. Our room was by the elevator and ice room it was incredibly...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing especially the night staff very friendly accommodating property sits right in the middle of everything. Pool area was wonderful. Rooms were great no complaints. Definitely looking forward to coming back."

"Overall the trip was fun but room was gross. Blankets were extremely old and smelly. Shower curtain needed to be changed. There was a bad storm before we came which resulted in dead birds scattered In front of our room. They were there for the entirety of our stay. One was still alive we took care of it. Front desk was aware."

"The weeds grown up around pool, first in the stained carpet. Stained sheets really brought out the design of the curtains"

"The room itself was great and was very clean, however, there was absolutely no visits from housekeeping during our stay. No cleans towels were brought to us, no trash taken out. We had to get fresh towels twice during our stay."

"Property is very nice and renovated, staff is helpful and also very nice. View from lakeside patio is amazing. Only reason for four stars is a few improvements could make a big difference, like coffee in the rooms.(it was available for free in the lobby), and bar soap in the bathrooms. There is very little room on the bathroom sink to put toiletries, but the bathrooms are clean and renovated and showers are good. We had a nice stay and would visit again."

"We only needed a place to spend the night as we were visiting family in the area. Shower pressure was surprisingly amazing! Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus- I appreciated the variety of yogurt flavors & the apples were wrapped, making them ideal to take for later. Staff was friendly!"

"The parking lot has giant pot holes near the entrance which was our first red flag. We arrived a little after 4pm and was informed that despite check in starting at 3pm our room was not ready and it would be another hour and a half. The woman at the desk gave us a master key card so we could use the pool and asked us to only use it on the pool room and not other things which seemed like a security violation. When we went go the pool room, it wasn't even locked up so the master key card was...

"Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

"Very clean and well maintained. The TV was about 32 inches which isnt a big deal but its nice to watch TV in your room at night. The "beach towels" are tiny so take your own. Continental breakfast is "chilled food" so toast cereal yogurt. Kids in the adult pool most of the time. But overall for the price it was worth it."

"The property was in a perfect location for what we needed. Right across the street from Lake Erie, and Jolly Roger's. We could see the lake from our room. The second floor is stairs only, but wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. It was perfectly fine for what we needed. There was cereal, donuts, bagels, muffins, different toasts, peanut butter, jelly, waffles, yogurt, granola, cinnamon, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, and sausage. I even made some bougie toast...
