" All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing."

"Excellent service, room was spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, food is good (but they could have a daily special which could bring something new to the menu, and also more seasonal). The buffet at Le Bisous restaurant was spectacular. The only downside is as a gay couple, we would have found appropriated to be called Mr and Mr, on the welcome letter (it was Mr and Mrs). It is not as if the hotel did not know as we pre checked in and also I contacted them prior to the trip to be sure...

"We came here with 2 babies and a 4 year old and grandparents. Everyone had an incredible food! Food was great! Service was excellent! Nothing felt too rushed! Pools and hot tubs were very accessible and I love that it’s not a huge resort so it was very easy to get around with children! "

"Really enjoyed out stay. Went with a family of 4 (wife and 2 teens daughters). The room was beautiful. Large, spacious and clean. The resort was beautiful as well. Breakfast buffet was very good/excellent. Dinners were great overall. Really great food for an all inclusive. Steakhouse and Chinese were excellent. Sushi was below average and the Mexican restaurant was a bit underwhelming as well. Service was excellent in the restaurants and on the Beach."

"We had a reservation for the small rooms. At first they tried to ask us to upgrade for an extra 25USD / night (which would have been cheaper to order directly at hotels.com). We decided not to and received a free upgrade as they had no available small rooms. However, when we entered the room, there was a leak in the aircondition which had been there for hours. The couch underneath was soaked. They fixed the leak within minutes, however nothing was done with the couch. For all 4 days we had a wet...

"I have mixed feelings about this resort. The location on the beach is good and the hotel as such is also nicely done. However, it failed the 'towel test' Every morning at 6 am people are reserving sunbeds that they then dont use. Also there is constant 'entertainment' and way too much alcohol flowing which creates a spring break atmosphere, but with most guests being in their 50s. Very odd environment to be honest and not at all relaxing. Having said that the staff is generally nice and service...
