"The Ocean view Penthouse was a great unit! Max the Concierge was VERY helpful!! Great views, and with the option of having the pool 50 yards from the building and/or the beach (short walk or cart drive) was great. Came with great golf cart and paddle boards. Wide open unit with high ceilings ... and very well decorated. Only 'caution' is the 4th bedroom is very very small and part of the 'utility/laundry room' .... so just beware if you are 4 adult couples. Loved the place though!"

Reservations were made prior to our arrival and the grocery list we submitted ensured we were very well stocked. Had access to two golf carts. "We stayed two weeks.The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. All appliances - small and large need upgraded along with pots and pans.Three levels to the house. Main floor is the second floor and the stairway is narrow and very steep.We had luggage and had a very difficult time getting our luggage up to the main floor.Cleaning service was once a week and did not do a very good job. Due to the location of the house, balconies needed to be cleaned thoroughly and they were not.Also be aware that...
