    Cook service for breakfast and lunch is included Monday through Saturday. Groceries and ingredients are not included.
    Daily housekeeping is also provided Monday through Saturday, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time in Punta Mita.
    Whether you’re enjoying breakfast on the terrace, spending the day at the Beach Clubs, or exploring Punta Mita by golf cart, HDM 201 provides a comfortable and convenient setting for your stay.

    HDM 201 is professionally managed by Mita Rentals, a local vacation rental company specializing in Punta Mita stays.

    Hacienda de Mita is a gated residential community located within Punta Mita Resort.
    Its convenient location provides access to participating Beach Clubs, golf facilities, restaurants and resort amenities, while offering the privacy and relaxed atmosphere of a residential community.
    The nearby Punta de Mita village offers additional restaurants, shops and local experiences.

    Getting Around:
    A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy to move around Punta Mita and access participating Beach Clubs, restaurants and resort amenities.
    Transportation outside the resort can be arranged separately.

    Cook Service

    Cook service for breakfast and lunch is included Monday through Saturday. Groceries and ingredients are not included.
    Housekeeping
    Daily housekeeping is included Monday through Saturday.
    Premier Membership
    Premier Membership privileges are included with your stay. Access to participating Beach Clubs and resort facilities is subject to Punta Mita's current policies, availability and applicable fees.
    Golf
    Access to Punta Mita golf facilities is available through the applicable membership privileges. Golf rounds, tee times and green fees are not included and must be arranged separately.
    Beach Club Access Fee
    A Beach Club access fee applies per person, per stay (up to 30 days):
    • Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $66.70
    • Children (ages 5–12): USD $40.02
    • Children under 5: No charge
    Taxes and service charge are included in the amounts above.
    Once your booking is confirmed, our Pre-Arrival team will assist with the registration and applicable fee.



    Pool 2 Maintenance Notice – Hacienda de Mita

    Please note that Pool 2 is temporarily affected by maintenance work due to a water leak. Repairs may generate some noise during working hours, and there is currently no estimated completion date.
    Pools 1 and 3 remain available for guest use.
    We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

    Interaction with Guests:
    Our Pre-Arrival and concierge teams are available to assist before and throughout your stay.
    They can help coordinate dining reservations, golf arrangements, Beach Club information, airport transportation, excursions, activities, grocery arrangements and other services upon request.
    Our goal is to make your Punta Mita stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this Punta Mita property—truly one of those rare places that is even more beautiful in person than in the photos.From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The views are breathtaking, and the location is unbeatable. The golf cart and access to multiple beach clubs made every day feel different and special. We also loved being a short walk into town (the restaurants are all on the beach with amazing food!).What really set this experience apart, though, was the people. Our concierge, Alan, was incredible—so responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful in every way (he even helped me get a splinter out of my foot, which pretty much says it all!). He made everything effortless, from planning activities to handling things like when we did not having pesos on hand for a boat activity.Jadira, who helped with cooking and cleaning, was equally amazing. Her food was outstanding—every meal felt like a treat—and she made the entire stay feel relaxed and taken care of without ever being intrusive.The home itself is stunning, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a family stay. Between the views, the service, the amenities, and the overall vibe, we truly couldn’t have asked for more. We would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend.
