"We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm...

"Mi estancia en este hotel fue excelente. Las instalaciones siempre estuvieron muy limpias y bien cuidadas, además de contar con espacios amplios y agradables para relajarse y disfrutar del tiempo libre.
La comida fue uno de los aspectos que más me gustó. Cada platillo estaba muy bien preparado, con un sabor delicioso y una presentación tipo gourmet que hacía la experiencia aún más especial.

"The staff were very kind and the property is beautiful but the resort has changed. The first time I came there around 4 years ago it was an adults only resort. It was beautiful and relaxing. Now their focus is to cater to families. The beautiful infinity pool is now a kiddie pool. And my hope is that the parents take them to use the bathroom away from the pool, but I don't hold out hope for that. It is simply overwhelmed with toddlers and young children. It is rare to find a chair there...
