Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here
This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. On the first night I complained my bed was damp and I was told that there was absolutely nothing they can do. Night 2 I discovered mold behind the bed disguised as wallpaper, and there were cockroaches. When I tried to get help, the front desk ignored my calls. I had to go down in person 2 nights in a row and was faced by staff member Thomas who told me there was nothing he could do AGAIN.
Thankfully, another staff member named Daniel eventually moved us after 30 minutes of back-and-forth. But even the new room had bugs. At that point, I gave up.
The resort beach was also a disappointment — covered in seaweed, it smelled like a fish market, and the loud tractor they used to clean it ruined any chance of relaxing. Food was mediocre at best.
I’ve stayed at many resorts, and this was by far the most uncomfortable experience. The only reason I’m not giving it one star is because of a few kind buffet staff and Daniel, who tried to help.
Do yourself a favor: skip this place. I would never return.
