"We loved this Villa - it's fantastic. The pool is big for a private villa, it's around 6'3 deep at one end, with steps for easy access at the shallow end. It's beautifully maintained, spotless clean and kept in full working order. providing us with endless fun during the sweltering hot days.The outdoor area is lovely, a huge patio with covered area including extendable awnings so you can add more shade on hot days. "Spacious villa air conditioned throughout. Great pool with amazing views and good privacy. 5 mins walk to a lovely soft sandy beach with loungers and parasols, and restaurants. Walk back up to the villa certainly helps burn off calories! Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday."

"This is a really beautiful villa with stunning views, a homely feel with lots of lovely touches, fantastic well maintained pool, lots of sun and shady chill out zones, and well equipped indoors with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The air con is currently in the bedroom /bathroom area only, but a plan was mentioned to add to the living spaces. The property managers are also super helpful. We didn’t want to come home! "

"Villa Cocon was a sanctuary for all 12 of us, ranging from age 3 - 71! The villa was perfect with a plethora of games and activities for the children and adults alike. We have never been to this area of Spain, usually opting for culture over heat, so it was a different sort of holiday for us staying put and not venturing far! "What a fab villa to stay in, had all amenities available, decor was really lovely and modern.Kitchen is fully equipped, outdoor patio area is really comfy and has a fully equipped outdoor BBQ, roof terrace has lovely sea views. "Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet; man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Durch die erhöhte Lage hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Meer mit gepflegter Standpromenade ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"Large property in a quiet location, 10 min walk from the beach and bars/restaurants. The bedrooms were all a good size and I loved that there were secluded outdoor areas away from the pool. All appliances were in good working order. The pool area did not disappoint, comfortable chairs and shade for my elderly mum, sun loungers for me and my daughter and lots of room for the children to play in the pool and gardens. The hammock was a hit! Plenty of parking too. We loved it and hope to return...

"Having been to Arboleas and the surrounding areas before we couldn't wait for our 2 weeks at David and Lisa's. As the villa is a little off track, we were greeted at the main road by Karen who guided us to the villa. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a large and pretty drive area on the outside of the villa. On exiting the air conditioned car, the heat hit us hard, roughly 44 degrees! "The property and location was excellent, we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble for the owners, we actually enjoyed a game of beach tennis with our hosts, mountain bikes were made available for further exploration then a nice cool off in the pool. All the family enjoyed the stay there was something for everyone, Swimming pool, pool table even a TV."

"12 of us really enjoyed the Villa. Very spacious both inside and out. Teenagers enjoyed tennis and pool table. (bring Q tips and chalk) Nice outside area for meals. Large pool. 20 minute walk to Turre. Good supermarket and a few bars and restuarants - good value for good food. Go-karting about 4 miles up the road was great value and fun. 25 euro for a 6 seater mini bus to a really nice beach. Weather 30 degrees and sunny all week. Challenging cycle routes in the area."
