"My bridesmaids and I stayed at Badgers Cottage on my wedding eve and they stayed on through the weekend. It was the perfect setting for getting ready on my wedding morning with lots of light and just a comfortable space.The outside area is gorgeous and the whole place is done to a very high standard. "JHale Oak Farm has obviously been a well appointed family home now perhaps a little tired in decor and equipment. However it provided a good value, ideal space for our family to meet up over half term week.The house is in a beautiful rural situation. We enjoyed walks in the surrounding countryside and a trip on the local restored canal.Ken was a most helpful and accessible host even advising us how to lower the Aga temperature in a heat wave! Many thanks."
