"Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. "- both units weren’t ready. Checked in at 3 pm when the actual check in time is at 2PM - Both units were dusty and dirty. I had to self clean and even asked for a broom from the receptionist. - Units’ door in poor condition. You could get locked from outside for no reason - Wifi was not working for one of the unit - Slow response"

"Room is spacious and room service calls were attended promptly. Thank you. Buffet breakfast is RM35. Salad not fresh. Nice to have a gym. One machine out of order and dumbbells have missing piece. It was locked even though was operating hours. Had to call personnel to unlock. "
