"It’s hard to find anything negative to say about this house. We were ten people in our family, and it was absolutely perfectly suited for us. Two minutes to a wonderful beach, og 4 minutes to a shop with everything you need. Not to mention ten meters to a busstop… I can highly recommend that house for anyone wanting to go to Valencia - and who wouldn’t?"

"Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). "

"From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. We had a group of 18 and had lots of space. Villa is beautiful with modern bathrooms and a nicely decorated interior. All the bedrooms and the living room were air conditioned. "Det er et meget dejligt hus med tilhørende meget stor have og pool. Alex er meget venlig og viste os vej til huset og en rundvisning af huset, da vi ankom. Wi fi virkede slet ikke hele ugen!!! Tak for en dejlig ferie :) "

"Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country."

"Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased."
