"We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events."

We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. We walked to Pike Place and the Space Needle; we enjoy being able to walk everywhere if we can. "Easy check in. Property owner was very responsive to my messages. She would follow up on our stay if we needed anything. Myself and my family love the house. Great for a family of eight with two floor separating each other. Would highly recommend and would rent again. Only thing downside may be just for my stay was that the house did not had AC during my stay and top floor was hot until early morning, but was provided with fans"

"The property is lovely - superb beds and baths. It was raining most of the week otherwise we would have made use of the roof deck. Off street parking was a boon as we explored nearby neighborhoods by car for dining. There was access to highways and thoroughfares into Seattle proper so that made the location convenient. We both would highly recommend."

"This is just what my sister and I were looking for. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying beauty of the outdoors. There are a few items that could be updated inside or repaired but it didn’t distract from our stay. The kitchen didn’t have any bowls to make a salad."

"Very clean, and several thoughtful touches. Not sure if it was noted that there are stairs to get in and out. I am disabled, but was able to navigate a steep stairway to the basement. Also, it is difficult to find the unit, once on the property, as there is no signage. The owner came out to help us. The couch was unusable for me, as it was just inches off the floor."

"Very cute property, thoughtfully appointed. Great water pressure in the shower, and delicious coffee. Probably best for a couple - it was a little cozy for a mother and son to share. It was further to drive to the things we wanted to visit in Seattle than I thought, but that's likely my fault."

"The online check-in worked very well, and the house was great and very clean. Unfortunately we had a problem with electricity to the kitchentte including the refrigerator. We wrote to Vince about it on the first evening. He answered very quickly and contacted maintainance and promissed it would be fixed asap, but it never Got to work, and we did not hear from him the following the days, which was a bit odd. Apart from that we liked our stay in the lovely house and the quiet neighborhood. "

"I stayed here for three nights while on a business trip. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was useful to make a light meal, but there is no cutting board for use. However, plates, pots/pans, cups and utensils are provided. The building has a secure entry and you need a code for the elevator as well, so I felt safe entering the building. "A brand new facility minutes from Pioneer Square. Exceptionally well outfitted (toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, 2 burner induction plate, cups/glasses, silverware, etc. etc.). Small but comfy, with chair, sofa and desk / desk chair, so possible to work or just relax. The bed in my unit was up on a loft and required going up a fairly straight up metal ladder of 5 steps. OK for me, but don't book this for your elderly grandparents. Absolutely a great place for my needs and very good value for...
