Our spacious airy, 3-bedroom, 4-bath penthouse condo is an ideal retreat for families or a group of friends looking for a special place in the heart of the city...yet a world away from the bustle. The building, with its classic Puerto Vallarta "rustic" architecture, is tucked away on the hill above downtown in one of the city's original neighborhoods where you can enjoy the in credible views and sunsets from the penthouse's private balconies or shared rooftop terrace.

The space
From the iconic red-tiled cupola of the spiral staircase to the vaulted wood-beam ceilings, arched windows, doors and cabinetry made of tropical hardwoods, our full floor penthouse will make you feel like you are in a traditional Mexican home, instead of a cultureless condo complex.

The Penthouse is within easy walking distance of the city's best restaurants, bars, eclectic stores and art galleries. The renowned pedestrian Malecon, or "boardwalk," with its sculptures, is only a five minute walk from the building. You can wander along the classic cobble-stoned streets of the neighborhood on your way to Rio Cuale and the Restaurants, bars and beaches of the Romantic Zone, or a hike a few blocks through the trees up the paved access to the stunning new panoramic viewpoint that is just above our building.

The comfy living room, dining area and kitchen have an open floorpan that is perfect for entertaining or just hanging out. And the ample doors and windows on two sides of the building let in the refreshing breezes from both the bay and mountains.

All bedrooms have a private bath and mini-split air conditioning. The bedrooms are spaced throughout the penthouse so that each room offers plenty of privcy. The roomy master suite has a king size bed and private balcony with views of the bay and city below. A second bedroom has a full size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a laundry terrace with full washer and dryer.

The Penthouse has its own private rooftop garden patio where you can bask in the morning sun or read in the shade under the palm-thatched palapa. There is also private access from the patio to the rooftop shared terrace.

The building has only six units and is predominantly occupied by owners, their families and friends, so you will feel like you are in a Mexican posada (inn) rather than a complex. The entry level of the building features a lush garden patio with a fountain, a seasonally heated pool, chaise lounges, tables with umbrellas and a palapa. Covered street level parking is included. Our on site caretaker ensures that we have beautifully maintained spaces, and she offers an added element of security, as well.
