"Everything about this place went smoothly and beautifully. Thank you once again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Rios was very communicative and helpful. The information in the automated email was a little different from what he text me, so make sure to follow the communication that comes directly from the host. When we arrived, it seemed the housekeepers maybe switched the keys with a different property as they didn’t fit in our lock. I messaged Rios and he called me back immediately on how to get in with his backup keys. The condo was beautiful and the bed was...

"We had a great stay. The condo was immaculately clean and fully stocked, from beach necessities such as chairs, cooler, boogie boards and snorkeling gear to cooking utensils. We always had hot water and the water pressure was excellent. The AC units worked extremely well. I was a little nervous I wouldn't be able to figure out the key pick BUT Rios instructions were perfect and we had no issues at all. Read the directions carefully and you will be fine. The pool was open, clean and the water was...

"The hat, Tamara was very attentive and available if I needed anything. Great location and very clean."

"This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool...

"Easy to get there and get it. Close to downtown and plenty to do around and explore. Perfect for a quick getaway."

"The best view in Puerto Rico!"

"Maria was great! She was very responsive when we needed something. She also communicated with us when there was going to be cleaning done in the pool. Overall the place was clean. The pool was amazing and it was great that we had it all to ourselves."

"Very satisfied. The apartment met all our needs. Great location and the amenities including beach chairs were excellent. Kids loved the old fashioned arcade console. The response when we requested beach towels and pan for induction stove was incredibly fast. Great service! They just need to fix the seal for the shower door so water won't leak on to the bathroom floor. "
