"Our first room had a dead cockroach by the entrance. The room smelled like mildew & there was another bug in our room. I called to get our room changed & they accommodated us. The second room smelled nice and it was very clean. Took both of my daughters to this resort and we loved it. The coqui water park was a lot of fun as well as the beautiful Palomino island.
