Just left, very disappointed.
- flight was delayed. JetBlue Vacations called the resort to let them know, I also emailed them (and got an email back confirming it was OK), and my sister who was already at the resort told them for us as well. Each time we were reassured it would be OK. When we arrived, we went from Tropical, to Cofresi, to presidential when I finally got a room (we booked tropical origianlly). On the way to the room, we were totally surprised when our room was already occupied. The security guard had to let us into a random room with one FULL sized bed. We were 2 adults, 2 children aged 5&12. Children slept on the bed, husband and I on the floor. We called the front desk and they told us they would bring us a cot, never did.
- in the morning we went to the front to get our room setteled. They told us they were over booked and had no rooms with 2 beds, and no cots available. We had to fight for an hour to get what we paid for... they told us to come back at 3 for a room. Finally got a room, Toilet in the room was clogged everyday. At checkout, I noticed my daughter didn't have on her bracelet. I pulled out my card ready to pay the $200 fee for losing it. They so kindly said they would talk to someone to see if I still needed to pay. they told me they are going to let me pay $100 instead. I so gratefully agreed and handed over my card. They then brought out a paper for me to sign saying in exchange for the discount, I needed to give them a good review. Bribery.
