"Stay was decent , staff was great. But the rooms didn't have hot water again. I stayed there in January and there was no hot water. The same thing happened this time. You have to fix the hot water. Thank you"

"There were bugs everywhere. We expected some due to being in the mountains, but there was an excessive amount everywhere the entire time it was disgusting. House was nice view was amazing but the pool water was filthy . They just put more chemicals in the next day after I complained and it made it worse then we just have to swim chemicals. "The room was very spacious and spotless. The pool was cleaned and Jennifer was responding to our txt messages within a minute. "This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs. "The pool was the saving grace for this property. I would not go anywhere in this region without a pool, it was wonderful to escape the heat and humidity. We were lucky as we were alone in this complex for 10/14 days. That was wonderful as when other units were occupied they had kids that lived in the pool so you never had time to enjoy the pool when others were there. We never had more than 1 family there besides us at a time, but the property has 5 units, so if all 5 were occupied, probably not...
