Getting around Puerto Aventuras is simple, safe, and convenient. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 1-hour drive away, and we recommend arranging your private airport transfer in advance for a smooth arrival.



Within the community, moving around is easy. Taxis are available at the main gate, and golf carts can be rented for a fun and comfortable way to explore Puerto Aventuras. Everything—beach, marina, restaurants, shops—is within walking distance.



The villa includes two private parking spaces inside the gated community, making it ideal for guests who choose to rent a car. This is the best option if you plan to visit nearby attractions such as Playa del Carmen (20 minutes by car), Xpu-Há, Akumal, and Tulum (about 1 hour away).



Because public transportation inside Puerto Aventuras is limited, we recommend taxis, rental cars, or golf carts for getting around and exploring the Riviera Maya comfortably.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.



The villa is located inside an exclusive gated community, and all guests must present identification at the main gate for entry.



You will have two designated parking spaces inside the property.
