Important: the loft is an open space accessed by stairs; supervision is recommended for young children.

Puerto Aventuras is a private, safe, and very walkable community. From the condo, guests can easily walk to the marina, restaurants, cafés, local shops, the golf course, and beach areas within the community.



For added convenience, especially if you plan to explore the Riviera Maya, we recommend having a car or renting a golf cart. Taxis and private transportation can also be arranged to visit Akumal, Playa del Carmen, cenotes, natural parks, and other nearby attractions.



The condominium offers private parking and controlled access, making arrival easy and allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed and worry-free stay.



Other Things to Note:

The second sleeping area is an open loft with an additional bed, not a fully enclosed bedroom. The loft is accessed by stairs, so we recommend supervision for young children and caution when going up or down.



The condominium is located beachfront with direct beach access; sea and beach conditions may vary depending on weather, season, or the natural presence of seaweed.



Please respect the condominium rules, common area hours, proper use of the pool, and the peaceful atmosphere of the community.



Before arrival, we will send detailed access instructions, parking information, and recommendations to make your check-in easy and secure. Our team will be available during your stay for any assistance you may need.



Interaction with Guests:

One of our hosts will provide you with arrival instructions. We will send you the door code on the day of your arrival. All the information you need to access the property will be provided before your arrival. You will enjoy total privacy during your stay, but we are available seven days a week.
