"Dejlig lejlighed til den dyre side men perfekt med børn. God service og rengøringen var acceptabel. Lå i en sidegade til 5. avenue - så tæt på alt men alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket. Den offentlige strand 500-700 meter derfra er ikke så god og meget meget crowded."

"The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all."

"Property was clean, had everything we needed and more, owners were very responsive, and on site staff was helpful and friendly! "The place was small but perfect. I would say two people would be the most that could be comfortable. But clean, nice towels, the kitchen had all the things you could want. The rooftop pool was really great and I hung out there all day."

"Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location."

"Ive stayed at Rons place a few times and have already booked for next year. You really cant go wrong with this place. Its close to the beach and 5th and a large grocery store. He has quite a few extras that most ppl miss. The bed is also very comfortable. Book it! Youll be happy you did!"

"Damien/Rosie were wonderful to work with from start to finish as the property managers. The property is between 2 beach clubs. Easy access from the road but not covered with cruise line customers. The pool was great. We loved the location of the property with a view of the ocean. We were there during a very hot week but were able to stay cool inside at night. Our toddler was with us so she enjoyed everything about Cozumel. We were very pleased!"

"We really enjoyed our stay there. You can't beat the fabulous view and being right on the ocean. The pool was awesome and there were always lounge chairs available. There is so many really great restaurants that are within walking distance which is great as Uber's are not allowed there and the price for the taxi's is a bit high. "Beautiful balcony to relax on and enjoy the fabulous view. Everything we needed was there, the lagoon is great for kayaking and swimming, and the owner was a delight. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely go back. We enjoyed outings to nearby Yal Ku for snorkeling and Xpu Ha beach where the locals go. A day trip to the ruins and cenotes at Coba was worth the journey, and the shrimp tacos at Kaab Hotel in Coba were the best we've ever had."

Great value for money
"Great stay, with our family with our family of 4 persons. The staff is very friendly, the restaurants a good, not super perfect but is really good value for money. The option to try different restaurants with reservations works very well, so we did not feel we had the same food all the time. The rooms needed a upgrade, but we know in advance, as we seen it in many reviews before. However our time spend in the room was so limited, that it’s only for sleeping. We will definitely come back, if we need a hotel in PA again. "
