Canyon Semi-furnished Home

Available for a 6 months rental beginning in January. This cabin is nestled in Provo Canyon, within a small gated community next to Vivian Park of mostly vacation homes. It is backed to a mountain and within a stones throw of a stream and the river. We are less than a minute walk to the park with a fishing pond, and the head of the Provo River Parkway trail which passes Bridal Vail Falls 2 miles down the trail and continues mostly along the river all the way to Provo Lake. We have bicycles available for use. The cabin has hardwood floors on the main level, underfloor heating, a gas fireplace, and a jacuzzi tub. It is also less than 10 minutes drive to a grocery store, 15 minutes to BYU, and about 7 minutes drive to Sundance Ski Resort.
