  • Our full 1 bedroom condo is located in La Vista Azul Resort.
    Resort has two swimming pools, jacuzzi, restaurant, coffee & gelato place and the best part 6 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beach in Caribbean.

    Imagine the soft sound of the Caribbean sea, and its warm breeze caressing your face, lying on the sandy beach looking out on to the sapphire waters, you are in paradise! Take a swim in the sea, or at the pool, just steps from your condo. Go sight seeing, snorkeling, or water skiing, or just lie on the beach.

    We are conveniently located 10 minute Drive from world famous Grace Bay. You can also walk along the beach to Grace Bay as well.

Great location for our recent vacation in Turks and enjoyed the restaurants nearby at the marina, snorkeling at Bight Reef and beach time close by was awesome as well, good communication with host during our stay, thank you!

great location felt very safe. Resort is well maintained.3 good restaurants very close, Bacci was the best. Sharkbite great prices friendly staff and saw the shark at the night 3 times.Owner east to reach. replaced the broken toaster in less then a day.

Nice, clean, spacious.The complex was massive with 4 buildings built on a hill, ours was on building 4. mid level from the ground floor floor

Cute condo

Condo was very cute and we loved the location. Grounds were all maintained and clean. Condo was very clean as well. Great communication with host he answered all of our questions. Could use a little maintenance in between guests. The beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus for us. We ran into a few hiccups during our stay but the host did everything he could to try to make it right. The location is very quiet and only saw a few other people during our stay. Over all great place!

Good location, deferred maintenance issues.

Toilet guts need replacing, it was noisy. No table/umbrella outside. Broken can opener and toaster, furniture tired. Pool was nice, walk to 3 nice restaurants. Snorkeling disappointing, dead coral, few colorful fish. Complex was nice.

Great place for family stay

We enjoy our stay at this condo. It had all we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids (5y &10y). We rented a car and explored the island. Taylor Beach is hands down the best we ever seen. Shark Bite and Mango Reef were amazing restaurants within walking distance. Michael, the host, is the best we every experienced through VRBO. No question unanswered. AMAZING! Overall, Turks and Caicos are definitely worth to see and experience.

Convenient comfortable

Nice little condo close to the beach. Room was nice. The furnishings were fine, could use a little bit of updating. Rooms were dark and furniture had some stains. No coffee maker available, which would’ve been nice. Patio had an excellent view, but could really use more patio furniture to make it more enjoyable. The complex itself was very nice. Pools on rooftop were nice and private and very enjoyable. The ocean view is beautiful. Walking distance to a little cafe and couple dinner options. Mango reef and Sharkbites are close.

The apartment was very nice and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and lots of hot water. I was there 10 days so it was useful having a washing machine. I liked the swimming pool and it wasn't crowded. The only downside to the property is that there isn't a shop to buy water/ soft drinks. The supermarket isn't within walking distance so it would have been good to be able to buy the basics in a small shop or reception. The property owner was very responsive and answered my queries very quickly. The reception/ maintenance team also helped me one night when I had a small issue. I would go back to his hotel and rent from this property owner again and recommend it to others

(DO NOT BOOK) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The unit had damages to the flooring, the lock was broken on the window which told me the place had probably been broken into before. But the worst of all is my wife and I returned from breakfast to three men in our room claiming to be in charge of the dryer which they said was malfunctioning. I immediately tried to contact the host which did not answer. The men said they tried to contact the host as well and he didn’t answer for them as well which baffled me even more because if the host didn’t answer why would you take it upon yourself to enter the unit without permission. And why did he have the code to enter the room? I took pictures of the three men immediately called Vrbo to inform them my wife and i didn’t feel safe and that we were leaving. I still haven’t heard back from Vrbo regarding my refund but I’m hopping they do the right thing because this was a horrible experience and after this incident my wife and I no longer felt safe. For me traveling from the US one of the biggest factors is safety. These guys could have been anybody. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. Stay somewhere on the beach at a resort. It’s safer theirs security. I have included the pictures of the 3 men which were in my room when i returned as well.

Propiedad tipo airbnb vrbo aunque no se ve claramente asi en la seleccion de propiedades. El host no responde rapido pero siempre respondio a las preguntas. En las facilidades no habia restaurantes abiertos. La cama es muy incomoda y se nota que es de bajo costo. Para una propiedad de este tipo deberia tener un cama de calidad y mucho mas comoda.

This home was amazing! Perfect location for our needs. It was my wife, and 10 year old son. The room was very comfortable for the 3 of us and the view was spectacular. The beach was walkable but we had rented a car and drove after the 1st walk. The restaurants we visited were lkable as well but drove. The 2 eateries that were on premises closed on Aug 30th and we were unaware so that kinda sucked but didnt take away from the overall greatness of this location. The pool was a good view but was quite warm. Our son still loved it though! The balcony had 2 comfy chairs that we didnt really utilize due to the bugs and the humidity. It was a good space for monring coffee and drying out beach items. Michael was extremely communicative as well. Gave us necessary updates and recommendations for eating and things to do. We had went to the grocery store prior to coming to the room and the full size fridge was clutch, as well as the washer/dryer! (We brought laundry detergent sheets with us). Parking was always readily available for our rental. The one smallest issue we had was a broken can opener and Michael arranged for the delivery of one within a couple hours. Looking at some of the prior negative reviews, versus what we experienced is night and day. It was very clean and well recommend this property for any family looking to be in a nice quiet environment, close to the beach and local restaurants, at the same time close to anything other you would like to do!Thanks again Michael!

An awesome place to stay in Turks and Caicos. Our host sent a text prior to arrival explaining everything and giving us 3 restaurants close by. All very good restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Very spacious, horizon ocean view, a big balcony, centrally located, and an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, Mango reef restaurant is nearby and has good food and drinks, a restaurant, and an ice cream shop on the property. The owner doesn't provide coffee or any cooking condiments, like salt, sugar, etc.... so bring your own. A small grocery shop is 7 minute drive.

We loved our stay. Perfect location, perfect people and the most amazing beaches. Michael, the host, was amazing. Very responsive. The ac unit’s thermostat wasn’t working and he had it fixed within the day of reporting. Highly recommend this place.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious - a wonderful respite after a day of activity. The property is well kept, with lovely, quiet rooftop pools that are refreshing any time of day, but especially nice at sunset. Beautiful views. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach on the bight, and a short drive to the grocery store, and many other beaches on the island. There is some very nice snorkeling within walking distance - we saw an abundance of fish, and a few stingrays, turtles, and even some squid and octopus during a night snorkel!

Decent studio in Turtle Cove neighborhood.

Decent studio in the turtle cove neighborhood of TCI. The unit could use a few upgrades to make the stay more enjoyable. The dryer kept cutting off every 5 minutes or so. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which could be a good thing depending on your vacation objectives. Within walking distance to a few restaurants by the marina. Theoretically, you could walk to the beaches but it is a nice hike to get there.

Lovely stay, place was clean and comfy. Close to many restaurants however a rental car was needed. Everything was just as the pictures. no complaints would defiantly recommend and would stay again. Great experience overall.
