I wouldn't reccomend staying here as a female solo traveler or couple. Although most things are fairly similar to the pictures, it is true that you need to read reviews carefully and know what to look for. There were strange sounds coming from some of the rooms that were somewhat concerning. The lock on the door to our room was not secure. The bathrooms were very well out of shape and provided little to zero privacy. If you plan to shower, bring a bathing suit as there is no curtain with a see-through glass door the second you walk into the bathroom.
The kitchen was not well maintained, and looked as though it had not been cleaned in a long time. The cherry on top of the experience was that although there were no bedbugs, it was apperant the sheets had not been changed since the last guests with hair and old skin in the bed. I have to say that my partner and I arrived late in the night, and left as early as we could.
Spend the extra $30 to pay for safety and clealiness.
