"Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. "Really great spot. It’s our no. 1 place to stay if in Launceston. Perfect of just the two adults, even better if we’ve got the two kids with us. Convenient, close to everything, yet tucked away for privacy, love that we can just bring our food and have it whenever the kids want something. Great spot!"

However, entry to the apartment was somewhat unpleasant as it is via the garbage area & the stairs to the apartment had very narrow steps so may be more difficult for some people to negotiate. Once in the apartment, the outlook was great & superficially presents well but more attention is needed to cleaning & providing some of the basics like a vegetable...
