Emmalani Court is a 42-unit, two-level luxury condominium complex located on a bluff over the ocean in beautiful Princeville, on Kauai’s north shore. Unit 221 is at the quiet end of the complex - the closest two bedroom to the ocean - and offers nearly 1500 square feet of living space. It is on the second floor so there is no noise from above. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean and of the 8th fairway of the 27-hole Makai Golf Course from both the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and from the completely private lanai, the best view of any 2-bedroom unit in the complex. The architecture of Emmalani Court buildings as well as the island décor of the unit evoke Kauai’s broad and multi-cultural heritage.

Kauai’s lovely trade winds flow through the windows of the living area and across the lanai. In the winter, watch whales breaching in the ocean and albatross performing their elaborate (and hilarious) mating dance. Take a short walk to one of the many nearby albatross nests to see a large downy chick peering fearlessly back at you. All seasons watch the nene geese forage on the fairway. Sit on the lanai in late afternoon and listen to a serenade by the many tropical songbirds. Take a short walk to the edge of the bluff at the end of the property to see a spectacular sunset over the mountains in winter, over the ocean in summer. There is an awesome array of stars visible on a clear night.

This spacious condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom, with a king bed and adjacent bath with walk-in shower, can be closed off from the main living area with pocket doors for privacy. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for island entertaining. Enjoy the heated pool and the jacuzzi just a few steps away from your door as well as the party room and barbecues adjacent to the pool. There are several beaches a short drive away, including the spectacular Hanalei Beach on one of the most beautiful bays in the world. The newly renovated 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay is a short 10 minute walk and a great place to enjoy a meal or a drink with a view.
