The front desk clerk was amazingly helpful and even called the room about 30 minutes after I checked in to ask if the room was OK and if I needed anything extra. "Coffee maker didn't work Bathroom fan didn't work Air conditioner wasn't working very well on an extremely warm night"

"No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. "The room was simple but the bed was fantastic. What we didn't like were: we had to park.on the street because they were having a crew come to resurface the parking lot at 7am. The crew didn't show up so we could have parked in the lot. The hotel didn't have a working elevator so.we had to carry our bags up the stairs. In the.morning; the breakfast layout was confusing for everyone and they didn't have enough food for the people.stayong there. Seemed like poor planning."

"No elevator. Had to get relocated to first floor due to knee injury. Didn’t realize the location didn’t have an elevator."
