Enjoy walks down the canal from the doorstep to Forton with its amenities including a fantastic fish and chip shop, a mix of other independent shops and cafés, Around half an hour’s drive away you will find the famous seaside resort of Blackpool, home to the Blackpool Tower, The Opera House and the world-famous Pleasure Beach and Illuminations. Other nearby attractions include the more tranquil town of Lytham St Annes, the Royal Lytham golf course and the outlet shopping village which makes for a fantastic day out shopping.

Enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and let the stunning vista from outside shine through. In this impressive space is everything you need for a relaxing stay together. The kitchen space offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a sleek and stylish dining space offering seating for everyone and perfect for that celebration dinner. Next to this is a comfy corner sofa, Smart TV, and nearby cosy wood burner, a fantastic space to put your feet up after a day of exploring. Heading along the hallway there is a king-size bedroom decorated with stylishly built-in wardrobes surrounding a TV plus en-suite shower room with shower and WC and just further along the hallway is a further spacious king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room and WC. Onto the first floor, there is a sleek bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC. There are two king-size rooms on each side of the bathroom.

Outside is a lovely garden area with seating, the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy some evening al fresco meals. Your four-legged friends will love this space to run off some steam. There is also private parking.

- Range style double electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine (Tassimo pod compatible), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer

- Cot and two highchairs available

- Wood burner (first basket of logs provided)

- Smart TV in lounge area and TV's provided in every bedroom

- Patio with furniture and lawned garden
