**BEDROOMS**

Each bedroom has been decorated and furnished with absolute comfort and rest in mind (outfitted by a high-maintenance sleeper:). They are equipped with room darkening shades, fans, comfortable linens and mattresses, and ample storage for clothing. 2 of the bedrooms have smart TV's. 1 king room (with en suite bathroom) and bunk room are on one side of the home, while another king room and second bunk room are in a separate part of the home. The privacy between rooms makes it the perfect set up for two families, or groups!

* Bunk rooms are equipped with a combination of Twin XL (6) and twin (2) beds. Please note that upper bunks are strictly reserved for adults and children under 150 pounds for the safety of all sleepers.

**Bathrooms**

Freshen up after a day of hiking or exploring in one of three bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with premium Public Goods toiletries, hairdryers, plush towels, and emergency incidentals. The en suite bathroom has two vanities, a brand new luxury shower, natural quartzite counters, and tree top views. The hall bathroom also has brand new luxury finishes, a marble counter, and includes an oversized bathtub/ shower combo. The upper shared bathroom has incredible natural light, two vanities, and a shower.


**Kitchen & Dining**

Our newly remodeled kitchen and dining area feature soaring wood clad and vaulted ceilings, beautiful windows with expansive views of the pines, and room for many at our custom round oak dining table. The kitchen has natural quartzite counters, stainless appliances, and a 6 burner gas stove- perfect for you to prepare memorable meals for your entire family. It is fully stocked with cookware, spices, oils, sweeteners, and more. Enjoy your morning coffee from a Keurig, a traditional coffee maker, or (our favorite) a pour over coffee maker.

**Living Spaces**

Our home has two separate living spaces. The first is a tree lined respite that truly feels like a treehouse room. It is a library/theater room with a down filled sectional, books from many genres, a record player, and a large screen smart TV. The entire family can choose from games, activities, and reading for all ages.

The second living space, adjacent to the kitchen and dining, has the same wood clad, vaulted ceilings seen throughout. One side of the room has over 12 continuous feet of expansive windows that look out on to some of the breathtaking moss covered boulders that Prescott is known for. The rest of the room looks out on to the tops of the pines, and includes a fireplace perfect for cozying up to.

**Outdoor Spaces**

We consider the jewel of the home to be the outdoor decks- perfect for escaping the heat of the lower AZ valley. There are 5 total and include 2 bedrooms decks, one for BBQ'ing, and a gorgeous cantilevered deck that is perfect for entertaining. It has a sectional, umbrellas, and a dining table.

* The home does have several floors and an ample amount of stairs throughout the home. All stairs are pictured.

* Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property. It is heavily forested and often dry. Smoking will be cause for guests being asked to leave.

* Respect the neighbors ; Please no loud outside music or conversation on decks after 10pm

* Absolutely no "events" or "parties" of any sorts.

Nestled in Timber Ridge, a serene private neighborhood, our home is a mere 3 miles from downtown Prescott for shopping and weekly events going on in the town square. Bordering the captivating Prescott pines, it's an ideal spot for morning strolls and balcony coffees. Positioned along Copper Basin, you're minutes away from scenic trails for hiking and mountain biking. Note, there's no street parking; kindly ensure all vehicles are in the driveway for convenience and harmony.

Explore the peaceful neighborhood on leisurely walks, a perfect setting for tranquility. As there's no street parking, all vehicles should be parked on the spacious driveway. Please note, garage access isn't available due to its angle. The driveway offers ample parking, arranged in a row. For over 3 vehicles, request garage access, and we'll accommodate your needs. Your convenience and comfort are our priority.
There must be at least one adult in the party over the age of 25 to confirm the reservation. All names of guests must be on the reservation.

There is a strict no 'events' or 'parties' of any sorts. This is a very quiet and serene space/neighborhood. Message us to see about any exception as well as requesting any additional guests over to the home that are not specified on the reservation.

We do not allow anyone over 150 pounds to sleep on any of the top bunks at the home- in order to keep the bunks safe for all.

NO Pets - to maintain an allergy fee environment.

The driveway is steep and will only fit 2-3 vehicles.
No overnight street parking.

With the home built on the side of a hill there is an ample amount of stairs throughout the inside and outside of home. Please note if you have any issues with mobility. While we allow people of any age to stay, we don't recommend stays for toddlers or children not adept at using stairs. All stairs are pictured above.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home. Please message us if you plan to have anyone over that is not listed on the reservation. No overnight guests that are not on the reservation.

No parties or events!

No parking on the street, this is a neighborhood rule and cars will be ticketed:(

Built into a a hill, this is a stair heavy home with a large deck. Please use caution and supervise children to prevent any accidents.
