"The property was located in an excellent location for downtown Prescott. The house was one of the most well appointed that we’ve ever stayed in property manager had taken the time to label all the drawers and closets so that finding items was extremely easy with recommended without reservations for two couples or a family who is coming to Prescott."

"We really enjoyed our stay here as a small family with children. The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown, which made exploring very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the welcome book provided all the helpful information we needed for our stay. The house itself had a unique floor plan and was very comfortable. "In my opinion, the home is the nicest in the neighborhood. It is very well kept inside and out. It is located on a corner lot. The street on the north side is Carleton, which is a busy street during the daytime; though it does get quieter after 10pm until daybreak.The location for us is very good since we spend a lot time after 5pm within the Courthouse Sqaure area enjoying life.
