Javelina and skunk can appear out of nowhere especially at night. There are also hawks, eagles and owls in the area. Keep an eye on small pets. Please pick up pet waste before you leave.

The lot is very safe and we've never had an incident, but we like you to be safe

There is a small gate to block off the laundry room area. If you need to leave your pet unattended, please block them off in this area. If your pet can jump over the gate, then arrange to bring a crate or bring them with you.

Parents: There is a pack-n-play and a booster seat in the house. If you require anything else, ask about rentals from a local business.

Floodlight Cameras are facing the front, carport, and rear of the house. These cameras are there for your safety and security. Upon request, any recorded footage will be deleted after checkout.
