Well maintained home.

Excellent stay at this Evolve property. The property manager is on top of things and has a good relationship with the homeowner if she needs to engage that person. This was our 2nd year in this house. Very enjoyable stay.

Great property and location

Nothing but good things to say. Property was perfect and just like the photos. Great location just a few miles into town. Great for a couples weekend or family time.

Spacious indoors, large balconies to enjoy the fresh air & stars

Wonderful quiet space to relax and unwind. Cozy family meals at large table & patios/balconies. Good indoor/outdoor feel in early November. Bring your own baking gear & enjoy the spacious kitchen. Comfy beds, furniture, & baths! Two extra deep tubs, one a jacuzzi.

Wonderful, Beautiful Home!

My friends and I stayed here for two nights so we could attend a service in Prescott for our friend. The home was beautiful, and one of my friends said she would love to buy it! It was clean, comfortable, and just an all around lovely place to stay. The local contact was very helpful to us, and I love staying in homes that are managed by Evolve because they take great care in everything they do. Highly recommended!! A+++++

A nice stay in an interesting designer house

This designer house was interesting with very nice wood working details throughout the house. It has many unique features and its location made travel to downtown or the lakes very easy. Front and back patios were interesting. The idea of having a separate tv room separate in the house was interesting. Personally I would have preferred the electronics in the main room and use the tv room as a music, library and overflow bedroom. But most of all my wife and I had a very nice stay in this very unique house.

Comfortable Home

We found the home very clean and ready for us. The property manager was quick to respond to the couple questions we had.Great morning patio for coffee. Great evening patio for cocktails and dinner.Good WiFi. Samsung streaming tv to wrestle with but we got it. I was able to log into our Direct account and get our familiar channels.Steps. 10 steps to get in the house and 4 more to get up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not steep but a consideration. We will rent again if it's available.Close to everything. Quiet neighbors. On a kind-of busy street but the house is elevated so not a bother.Very nice home.

This home is beautiful in every detail!

As a former interior designer, partnered with an architect I found this home spectacular in detail! From the fine craftsmanship to the layout and furnishings—it’s a nature lovers dream! We were thrilled with this home and it’s great bathtubs! Two lovely decks with seating, a view and surrounded by natural habitat in a neighborhood close to downtown Prescott, stores, dining, etc. Rooms are all spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with nice linens, towels and everything you need for a great stay! I would only add nightlights!

Lovely property and owner

The property was as pictured if not better. Jacuzzi tub in bedroom is a plus for much needed relaxation. Had a slight issue but the owner Face Timed us for the help we needed. He’s great! We would love to book the property in the future.

Great location

House was in a great location to where I needed. The house had many amenities and clean. No garage available for car as described. Wish Communication with property owner was not the best as other VRBO. The house needs some general instructions for technology eg tv, troubleshooting for guests.

Family Weekend

We had a lovely stay in Prescott. The property was perfectly located for visiting a college student at Embry Riddle and making day trips to downtown Prescott, The Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Jerome. The house was very nice and had most of what we needed for the weekend. (Bring extra washrags). The property manager was very quick to respond on one question we had and I suppose never saw the second question we had, as we didn't get a response for that one. All in all, I recommend the property, it was a positive experience.

Comfortable Home, Well Equipped, A Bit Noisy

Loved the home. King bed and two twin beds. Two full baths. Well equipped and manager was extremely responsive. House was super clean and very comfortable. Was a bit noisy as the main street and stop sign are right outside. Lots of cars and trucks. Front entry stairs are super dark at night and were icy one evening. Could not see well at all. No garage. Outdoor parking only for 3 cars max. Only one television in the home. Streaming services only on a smart Samsung TV. Everything was great and thank you for the hospitality!

Great Home in Prescott

NOTE: The home did not have a hair dryer during our stay, for those in need bring your own. We didn’t need one, but for those that might. We enjoyed 5 days in this house, which is very spacious and comfortable for a 2 bedroom home. The place was clean, the beds comfortable with quality linens throughout. The home has a beautifully spacious kitchen that is reasonably stocked. The Teflon pots & pans are scratched and a bit tired, but functional. There is a traditional coffee maker (which we prefer), a decent blender, ample cups, glasses, plates, bowls, and cutlery. NOTE: No peeler during our stay, but we brought one of those too. The home seems to be well insulated, with dual pane windows, so it’s quiet inside despite the somewhat busier street out front. The bedrooms are in the back of the house and we didn’t hear any traffic noise at night. Also, the central HVAC worked well and cooled the house efficiently. There are two patio’s to sit out on. One smaller patio on the back side of the house (with a nice, medium sized BBQ), and a large patio at the front entry of the house, which offers a nice place to sit and watch the sunset colors paint the sky. NOTE: The driveway is rather steep, so if you have a low clearance vehicle this might be a challenge. Lastly, the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Oh, one last thing. The kitchen has a Reverse Osmosis water filter system, which we really appreciated. This is one of the nicer vacation rentals we have stayed in, and I would definitely look to stay here again.

Nice property

Very nice property. Kind of on a busier road (but still reasonably quiet). Could have used a few additional amenities in the kitchen ...cookie sheet, mixing bowls. Few minor inconveniences—3 of 6 bulbs burned out above bathroom sink (but found and replaced them), broken know on stove that made burner hard to tell if you had it completely off, digital numbers on stove were partially out so it was hard to tell what the oven temp was. Rental Mgr was friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again.
