"Vi valgte en suite, det hele virkede dog meget slidt og lidt uhumsk. Dette blev desværre bekræftet, da jeg havde adskillige bid fra bed bugs om morgenen"

"Very clean room, and even though the outside looked dated, the room we were staying in was recently updated. Some things that were not the best was the very springy bed, the shower/tub was needing replacing, the bathroom facet was not secured to the sink so the facet would move if you bumped it (you could see where they replaced it with a new fixture but it wasn't the correct size and they did install a adapter plate so you could see down to the floor from the top), and the window coverings were...

"Clean room, ample parking, good breakfast available."

"The Grand Highland is located downtown in the center of everything that is going on. Our room was pretty, clean, had A/C and our room had a claw foot tub!! This a turn of the century bldg and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, so pack accordingly. There is free parking behind the bldg. but checking in was street parking. Gift stores, restaurants, the historic downtown is all walking distance. Also, very close (15 minutes) are mountain trails if you want to some outdoor activities."

"Property was cute. Loud at times when guest would arrive. Front office receptionist was cleaning rooms most of the time so guest would need to call to get assistance. Rooms were clean and cool during the time we went."

"A very clean, comfortable, affordable motel. This is now the only place we will stay in Prescott. Thank you to the owners."

"Fantastic place. Great room with super comfortable bed. Outside is really cozy in the evening"

"We chose to not even enter our room and left. Upon arrival ing at our room, a cleaning lady was sitting on the bed texting. We waited 10 minutes and she never moved. We went to another hotel. The entire experience was horrible."
