"Overall 5 Star rating. Guy and Josie were awesome and always available if needed but never intrusive. Property was clean and had everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was not what we expected but in no way unsafe or dirty. Just some farm animals in the neighborhood but it was kinda cool. Especially the rooster crowing in the mornings. Views from all angles were immaculate and you are must minutes away from so many incredible places: Sage Lodge, Chico Hot Springs, Old Saloon, Pine Creek, 20 minute drive into downtown Livingston, right around the corner from the General Store for anything you may have forgotten and steps out from running on dirt...
