"AnnaMaria is lovely and wonderful to work with. Her property is very clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Outdoor patio is gorgeous with amazing views. Many things are in walking distance but just be aware there are many steps involved. The bus is very easy to use and there is a bus stop near the apartment. "

"Villa Teresa was beautiful! The views were outstanding, the interior beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. The location in Praiano made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit and the town itself was so scenic and charming. We had a wonderful time!! Anna could not have been a more gracious or helpful host, she was so responsive, gave us great recommendations and made sure we were well cared for by the services she recommended! We would stay there again no question!!...

"This is an amazing Villa. There are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom in each. Perfect! The showers are roomy by European standards, and the water pressure was fantastic. The beach is just a short walk away but be cognizant of the stairs. You need to be able to climb stairs to get anywhere. Gerry, the superintendent of the facility is an incredible man. He takes care of the property, which is incredible to begin with, but Gerry sees to it that everything continues to purr like a kitten. Gerry...

"Francesco was a great host. He was very responsive, and very helpful when it came to local recommendations and services. Check in was easy and the place was very clean with a great layout for a family. The kids loved the pool. Overall it was a great stay. One thing worth noting, it does take a little work to get to the closest store so bring your sneakers.we would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay at Villa Capri was nothing short of excellent. The Villa was beautiful, very clean/well kept and the owner was extremely attentive and friendly. Any questions were answered almost immediately and always with helpful tips/advice and offering to help. If it is your first time visiting Italy you will have lots of questions… they provide bath towels and plenty of linens. There are also a few beach towels available. Praiano is the perfect location on the Amalfi Coast as it close enough to Positano and yet far enough away to experience the ‘real’ Amalfi! and less hustle bustle. "Everything was pretty much as advertised. Hot tub was nice (though it was pretty hot out) and the place was well-equipped. Nothing to complain about, the views were stunning. The walk was no joke, we are in fairly good shape but the walk back up from the beach is a killer. Even if you take a bus or cab, you still have to walk quite a bit. Not terrible, just realize it is no cake walk. Also, you have to walk along a fairly busy road with no sidewalks to get to the beach."
