Middelmådig
Middelmådigt og på ingen måder 4-stjernet oplevelse. Værelserne havde hverken elkedel, kaffemaskine eller minibar. Der var heller ikke shampoo, balsam eller tandbørste. Morgenmaden var skuffende og hotellet lignede ikke billederne på hjemmesiden. Lokationen var fin.

As an eco-hotel we do not have minibars and Deluxe rooms are not equipped with refrigerators and kettles but there is 24/7 minimarket and lobby bar available. All the amenities you mentioned you missed are available upon request. We hope you will reconsider your next stay with us and give us another chance to provide you with a more satisfactory experience.

Top lækker hotel tæt på byen og lækker morgenmad
Virkelig lækkert hotel med super lækker morgenmad! Vi besøgte hotellet under juletiden, hvor der også var pyntet super flot op. Hotellet lå tæt på centrum, hvilket gjorde det let at gå rundt i Prag by. 10 ud af 10 for dette lækre hotel til billige penge!:)

Fin standard hotellejlighed i fin beliggenhed
Vi var godt tilfreds, da personalet var flink og imødekommende. Passede til vores behov og ophold, da det primært var forretningsrejse og at vi skulle overnatte og få fred og ro til at sove, når vi skulle det, så alt i alt en god oplevelse og fair pris - lå fint i forhold til centrum og stadion som vi skulle benytte i weekenden. Kunne dog godt have ønsket bedre wi-fi forhold - det haltede gevaldigt med at komme på og vi blev hele tiden kastet af, så det irriterende, når vi er afhængige af at skulle benytte dette. Og vi kunne godt have ønsket os rene håndklæder hver dag og ikke kun en tømt skraldespand, men det fik vi på 3.dagen ud af de 5 dage, så vi overlevede ;o)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend the hotel to others! The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and modern. The shower was excellent with good water pressure and temperature. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. It was also very quiet, despite the convenient and walkable location. The staff was very friendly. Could not have had a better stay and am so glad I booked Mamaison Residence!

Absolutely awful. I checked into my room and quickly discovered that the walls were paper thin. I could literally hear the people in the next room crumple paper. They had a child and a dog so there was constant noise even though they weren't being abnormally loud. (the room itself wasn't great but it would have been acceptable). I went down to the front desk and explained the issue. He told me there were no other rooms available and that was that. I left the hotel and found new accommodations.

In general it was a nice stay. Not a 5 Stars Hotel in my opinion but still good. Buffet doesn’t have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options if you don’t wanna have seeds/muesli. The room and the bathroom were clean. Room service wasn’t available around 11 pm when we tried to order.

4 stars for design, 2 stars for service - Nice room design, comfy bed, modern bathroom, but service is rather like a 2-star hotel: - There was NO housekeeping during my one-week stay. I learned AFTER checking in that they service the room every 3 days. In reality, they made the bed on day 4 and never showed up again, so no one cleaned the bathroom, & dust was piling up on the floor! - bath towel is so small & thin that it gets soaked quickly. - Reception staff claimed these practices are for environmental reasons… while I fully support hotels that operate sustainably, tidying the bed only ONCE in a week-long stay is NOT about sustainability, and all to do with being cheap! - the heat was almost 30C across common areas & it was impossible to turn it off in the room: hot air pumped non-stop to the point I had a constant cough and injured my lungs! When I asked reception for help, they claimed there is ONE setting across the hotel. Not sure how that is consistent with the hotel’s claim for being sustainable? - Lastly, while most hotels provide mini-fridge, kettle & tea & coffee, MaMaison does not offer those apparently for “safety” reasons. Rather they suggested to buy hot drinks at the bar... so they are just being cheap and trying to milk guests for every penny. While reception staff tried to fix the problems, they had no authority and no means to provide the solution that best meets basic guest expectations; they were very apologetic & admitted the hotel had serious issues.

Dear Adele, thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are really disappointed that we did not meet your expectations. Our residence is in the Join Pure Stay ecological program and follows ecological guidelines to ensure our guests stay in a safe, non-toxic and energy-efficient environment. As an eco-friendly hotel we clean rooms every third day but refresh towels and empty the room bin on daily basic. We also inform guests upon check in in case they wish any cleaning service to just let us know. Also, housekeeping is not allowed to enter the room if there is Do not disturb sign on the door. As you mentioned, we do not have minibars, coffee&tea in the rooms but there is 24/7 minimarket and lobby bar available. Deluxe rooms are not equipped with refrigerators but you can find fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator in every apartment or studio. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you and hope you will reconsider your next stay with us and give us another chance to provide you with a more satisfactory experience.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is a short walk away from main shops with plenty of restaurants near by. The only downside we had was that the rooms were very warm, which is great when you arrive back after exploring the city but not so great when trying to sleep. The control in the room did not seem to have any effect on the temp so we resorted to keeping open the window.

Alles kostet extra.
Alles ist extra. Parkplatz 30€ für eine Nacht ist Extrem übertrieben, Sauna extra 15€. Hotel ist schon oke, aber mit dem extra Zahlungen ist es wirklich übertrieben!!!

lovely hotel location great huge surprise we arrived back after a day visiting Prague room was not cleaned bed not made hotel Staff were not nice at all Shame

Dear shamsddin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As an eco-friendly hotel we clean rooms every third day but refresh towels and empty the room bin on daily basic. We also inform guests upon check in in case they wish any cleaning service to just let us know. We are very surprised by your comment on our hotel personnel as we are rather used to get a very nice comments on our team. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.
