Dear guest, we are thankful for sharing your opinion after your stay at our apartment. Let me first say that we have examined the place and no bugs were found on the apartment. We are so sorry for your experience, it was perhaps something else than a bed bug? We do care a lot about the high standards for cleaning and set number one priority for this. Regarding stairs, we do say in our listing that the building does not have a lift also the apartments floor. Around Prague we have more apartments which may be a better fit for you - have lift and are in quieter more family friendly area. This apartment does not have an AC and usually we provide our guests with fans on request, but on that day unfortunately those were all taken. Next time please contact us before going to Prague we can recommend you something more suitable for your group :) Wish you all the best. Michal&Friends

Dear Jenna, we are sorry that this apartment was not exactly what you were looking for. I think there was some misunderstanding while reading our listing for this apartment. All the photos are transparent and show how the apartment and all the rooms/amenities look like. Regarding that loud music that we are very sorry, but many times its not in our hands and even if we would love to prevent from happening, since the apartment is situated in the main central street its hard to control. At least we hope you really enjoyed the location and how accessible it is :) Next time I would recommend you to choose our other apartment, perhaps different location, more family friendly..we have plenty of them :) Wish you all the best.
