"This hotel deserves 6 stars. Everything was excellent, but what stood out was the level of service the staff provides. Eder, the manager, went above and beyond to help us with getting the yellow fever vaccine. Luis, the waiter, was attentive, helpful, and courteous. Victor was always ready to help with a smile. Above all, Brian is a master in his craft. He was passionate about his job and showed a genuine desire to make our stay fun and memorable. You guys are the true definition of warm...

"We had booked three nights and it was the third time we visited the hotel within ten years. The hotel staff are very service friendly and the rooms were clean and nice, although a little worn. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to a private beach. We had a lovely stay as always❤️"

"Wonderful stay at TAMA hotel Santa Marta. Our room was large and comfortable with good air conditioning. The hotel is right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Good restaurant with fresh food and good prices. Staff was kind and helpful. Not a lot of stores or restaurants close by, but easy to get taxi to shopping center. We came for a weekend and ended up staying two weeks! Muchas gracias"
