"Per quanto l’arredamento sia della camera che degli spazi comuni sia gradevole e di buon gusto, nonostante la chicca della vasca idromassaggio in camera: - la posizione é pessima, lontano dal centro e in una zona molto popolosa caratterizzata dall’assenza di parcheggi; - non c’è nessuno ad accogliere i clienti in struttura, c’è un sistema automatico di accoglienza mediante una scatolina con codice sotto ai campanelli del palazzo, della quale sono stata informata mediante un messaggio su Whatsapp...

"Stayed for 3 nights. The room I got was at the end of the hallway and had zero view. The window was facing a wall and roof that i could touch ;) So the room was very dark and like a cave and you could hear the neighbors. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Cleaning good. Location is very close to the train station and the city center."

"I don't know which score this ends up at. But it was actually really, really nice. The place was nice, nicely located (really nicely located actually!) the girl at the reception was friendly and helped me out with a few things which was helpful being a turist and all. Unfortunately I was staying next to, I think, a family who had no respect for anyone what so ever. Smoking in their room, running on the hallway, being noisy (they were noisy at 22:00 when I went to sleep), shouting, crying,...
