This charming 65m² studio boasts tasteful décor and a prime location close to popular attractions, stores, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary delights.

The open-concept layout seamlessly integrates the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen spaces. It features a cosy double bed (140x200) with high-quality hotel linens, a double sofa bed separated by a partition (though without a door), a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for enjoying meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils, including an electric hob, oven and coffee machine, so you can prepare delicious meals with ease. A washer/dryer is also available.

Several windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom is large and carefully equipped with towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on the 2nd floor of the building, with an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In the neighbourhood, you'll find some well-preserved mansions, as well as typical Porto-style tall and narrow houses made of granite. Near Praça da República, where the Teófilo Braga garden is located, is filled with various sculptures for you to admire.

It is located just a short walk from both Marquês station (8 minutes) and Faria Guimarães station (9 minutes).

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
