Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Boavista, such as Casa da Música Hall and Casa-Museu Marta Ortigão Sampaio Museum.

This apartment comes with a bedroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious homemade meal, including a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. There's also a dining area if you wish to dine in.

The bedroom features a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a wardrobe, a TV and a seating area where you can relax and watch movies comfortably.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Please take note that there is no elevator in the building.

Boavista is known for its long boulevard, ‘Boavista Avenue’, leading you up to the ocean. A perfect place for beach lovers!

Boavista is considered the business / posh neighbourhood in Porto. This is where wealthy families live, and where corporate companies have their offices. So during the day, you can expect to see a lot of white-collar workers, particularly during lunchtime.

Despite being a bit away from the city centre, you can still find great places to visit in Boavista such as the contemporary art museum Serralves, modern Casa da Música, and the synagogue of Porto.

Another great spot is the Gallery of Biodiversity, the best museum for children in Porto.

Living in the neighbourhood of Boavista is particularly loved by those who like to escape the crowds. Due to its calm atmosphere, it’s an ideal area for families.

Boavista is around 10 minutes away (by car) from the city centre, but you have a subway station nearby as well as plenty of bus lines, so you are really well connected there.

The nearest Metro stop: Casa da Música is a 5-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the apartment.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included).
