Our charming 45m2 apartment is on the first floor without a lift access. It offers a comfortable and convenient place to stay, allowing guests to immerse themselves in Porto's rich culture and history.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space featuring a sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchenette has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals, including a washing machine and a dishwasher for extra comfort.

Although it is a studio, the sleeping area is separated by a curtain, providing a private space for a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Sé is one of the oldest and most iconic neighbourhoods in Porto, Portugal. It is in the heart of the city, known for its historic charm, cultural landmarks, and bustling atmosphere. The neighbourhood is dominated by the Sé Cathedral, a magnificent Romanesque church dating back to the 12th century, which stands as a symbol of Porto's rich heritage.

In Sé, visitors can wander through narrow medieval streets lined with colourful houses, explore traditional shops selling local crafts and souvenirs, and enjoy panoramic views of the city from its elevated vantage points. The area is also home to several museums, art galleries, and charming cafes where visitors can experience Porto's vibrant cultural scene.

Sé is conveniently situated near other popular attractions in Porto, including the historic Bolhão Market and the lively nightlife of Galerias de Paris. With its historic charm and lively atmosphere, Sé offers visitors a unique glimpse into Porto's storied past and vibrant present.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São Bento, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
