"I was in the hotel very much out of season, however the necessary facilities were still open; pool, spa, restaurant (only used it for breakfast because the set dinner menu was a bit too expensive with 35 Euro), bar with evening entertainment. The spa treatments were nice. Lovely lady working there. The hotel is a bit far from everything, but if you have a car it is not far to Alberobello, Locorotonda and Monopoli. I booked 2 nights, but decided to stay an extra night to use the hotel spa and see...

"Poligano is an amazing city, so it’s hard to not have a good time there, but our stay at B-Welcome Rooms of Charmes & Relax elevated the experience. The place is very well located just outside the old town - 3 min walk to the views of the sea. The room is beautifully designed and carefully furnished which gives a very pleasant - and instagramable, vibe. The owner was super responsive and extremely kind and helpful with everything from check in to recommendations in the city. Al in all a 10/10...

"What a gem of a hotel. Only a 45 min walk into Monopoli for those that are interested (uber/taxis are few and far between). The hotel grounds are immaculate, littered with olive trees and colourful flowers. The staff are attentive, polite and speak excellent English. Nothing was too much of a hassle. Breakfast was excellent with a continental buffet and Bacon, sausage and a selection of eggs etc. made to order fresh. We also had a pizza from the pool menu and it was excellent. The pool area...
