When we checked in Ken seemed overwhelmed. They need at least two people behind desk. He went through everything very fast. Not overly friendly. Valets also need additional help. Sometimes one person, other times 3.???
Breakfast was crowded and would have liked to see tables looking less greasy.
Worst part of the trip was dishonesty in housekeeping. I left a pair of pants hanging behind bathroom door on hanger and called when I realized from the road. Supervisor very kind to call me back but said no pants were turned in. That may have been true. I questioned whether I made the mistake and they did get packed but when we arrived in Boston, they were not in my suitcase.
There is only one conclusion to draw here. I had just worn them the day before.
The hot wet l has all your information and could easily get them returned by mail to you but housekeeping has to be honest and should easily be able to find out who cleaned our room after we left.
