Cozy Nautical Retreat Near the Columbia River with Large Backyard and Fire Pit

Welcome to our stylish and modern property, located 15 min from the airport and downtown in the beautiful nautical neighborhood of Bridgeton in Portland, Oregon. With its charming and unique surroundings, our home is the perfect place to relax and unwind after adventuring during your stay in the Pacific Northwest. One of the highlights of our property is the private outdoor patio, with Adirondack chairs, fire-pit and yard games. Plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles depending on size.

Both bedrooms feature desks/vanities for getting ready or getting work done. The wifi was chosen based off of a work from home mentality. To make sure our guests have reliable service. A 27" monitor is also available for remote work upon request.

The living room is meant to be the hangout space. With a 65" tv and a large sectional for everyone to enjoy a movie from or some card games. The highlight of this room is the custom "La Vie En Rose" sign directly translated to "life in pink", "La vie en rose" essentially means seeing life through colored glasses. Living with an attitude or outlook of positivity, trying to see beauty in the everyday.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, toaster, air-fryer, electric kettle, mugs and tea/coffee essentials.

We also have a family room with a 55" tv and a queen pull out couch for an additional bed. With bedding located in the trunk next to the couch. Perfect location for the night owl friends or kids. Feel free to hook up the xbox/playstation as well!

Last but not least is the backyard, it's my favorite space with 8 Adirondack chairs, a large fire pit, a turf area for cornhole, yard pong or kids to run around. There is a slough that runs through the backyard where you can see ducks, turtles, nutria, blue jays, hummingbirds and the hawks that love to call out from above.
