"Important caveat - automated entry doors to the lobby LOCK if anyone is outside standing near them. I was locked inside and missed my shuttle because a boy was standing outside the lobby door. Even though the doors had emergency exit stickers, they could not be opened. Potentially dangerous situation"

"The hotel was quiet and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. There are some spots in the hotel that need some TLC, but they probably wouldn't need that if others had been more gentle on the hotel, too. All in all I would 100% stay here again. "

"The property was nice and the kids loved the pool area. I didn’t eat breakfast but my teen son ate and liked it. Only complaint was that there was no syrup for the waffles all 3 days we were there. Minor updates will make the room much better (bathroom and main room doors seemed older) but the room overall was spacious for our 4 person family and small dog. "

"Stayed 16 nights in a row. Staff was very friendly and helpsome. Restaurent was very good too. Hotel is old and needs to be updated. Pool was not cleaned the 16 days I was there. Shuttle bus to and from the Airport was brilliant. I just callede the hotel and 10 min after the bus was in the Airport to pick me up. Big parking lot with lots of space for parking the car. Fitness room was okay. Wery strong Wifi all over the hotel."
