Exciting news, a new private pool was just added!

Snowbirds are welcome!

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Bay House is located on SR30A near Hunts Oysters, St Joe Shrimp Company & Presnell's Marina. Best of all, Bay House has a central location between Cape San Blas and Port St Joe. An open floor plan provides ample space for energy to flow, while an abundance of windows highlights the surrounding nature. Opt for fishing in the pond or launch for a day at Presnell's Marina. No catch equals no worries with restaurant choices in town. Enjoy optional golf privileges at St. Joseph Bay or beach it at Salinas Park. A large open lawn offers ample parking and space for all your toys; boat, trailer, and even RV parking. Pool access is available at the County Club, nearly a1 minute drive, with day/weekly passes available.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a luxurious attached bathroom. The bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. The views from the primary overlook hole #12. There is a SMART television in case watching real-live golf is not appealing.

There are 3 additional guest bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms accommodate the following:
Guest bedroom 1: one king bed with television, attached bath
Guest Bedroom 2: one king bed with television, attached bath
Guest Bedroom 3: two single beds with television, shared bath
Guest Bedroom 4: queen, bed with television, shared bath

The main living area offers an open floor plan with 18+ ceilings, gas fireplace, & SMART television. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts high end finishes and luxurious Kitchenaid appliances such as a wine cooler, free standing ice maker, gas stove-top, double ovens, private laundry & whole home water filtration system.

Additionally, the front and rear porches are screened for comfort, great options for outdoor dining. There is limited light pollution making stargazing truly magical. Bay House offers stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Nearly no restrictions, Bay House cannot be beat!

We enjoyed our stay! The property is conveniently located 6-7 minutes to Port St. Joe restaurants and shopping.Front row seats to beautiful sunsets every evening!We did some fishing in the ponds around the house on the golf course when golfing hours were finished and had some good catches and saw a couple of small gators. The layout of the home is wonderful with everything on one level with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were oh so soft! Wish I had looked to see what brand.The private pool had just finished construction and was a great addition and added to the stay! The kiddos had a great time and we had a portable speaker and it added to their fun! The only hiccups were that the code for the lock box did not work when we arrived and we had a grandparent needing a bathroom ASAP. I messaged the property manager and they reset the code. There were also a few dishes that had either not been washed or the dishwasher did not get cleaned (dried egg on a bowl and plates and lipstick on a knife). I let the property manager know and they offered to have the cleaning service come out, but we just hand washed a few things for our own peace of mind and had brought some paper plates and cups for our use anyway so we didn't feel it was necessary. Everything else was very clean!Would book again! Thank you!

BEST location, BEST use of space in the home, beautiful furniture/decor, great access to local hotspots, plenty of parking. I cant say enough - we loved it so much we booked it for the same time next year. The property manager text us so she was super easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions.

Sunsets, Serenity, and Sweet Memories in Port St. Joe

This home in Port St. Joe was truly one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. We were traveling with our two granddaughters—ages 2 years and a newborn—for their first beach getaway and wanted a peaceful, family-friendly spot that still offered a vacation feel. This property exceeded all our expectations.The view from the spacious front porch was stunning at every hour, especially at sunset—definitely a highlight for all of us. Inside, the home was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen featured quality appliances and dishes—not the typical rental-grade supplies.Our older kids (ages 23, 21, and 18) made great use of the firepit on the back deck, and we were blown away by how thoughtfully stocked the house was. Everything we needed was already there, plus some delightful extras—like a bin filled with toys that kept our toddler entertained throughout the week!We’re so grateful for a wonderful stay and are already planning our next trip. We’d absolutely love the chance to return to this gem in Port St. Joe.

Great place to stay for a fishing weekend with friends!

I stayed at the property from 2/28 to 3/2 with six friends from around the state and had a wonderful time. The house was extremely clean and comfortable inside and out. Because we were all coming from around the state we needed a place with lots of parking and this house fit the bill perfectly. There was ample parking for five cars, three of which had small boats on trailers, and there was even room for two of them under the house. The rooms were all extremely clean and well appointed and the house accommodated seven adults comfortably. We loved the location and the proximity to boat ramps we were launching from. The sunset views from the front porch were absolutely spectacular and the screened in front and rear patios were nice places to wind down at the end of the day or in the morning. The home isn't near any other homes so you have the freedom to worry a little less about being noisy in the evenings than you would in a different neighborhood. And to top it all off, there's even a little private pond that has some very surprising species in it if you're interested in catching fish on premises. The only little thing was that the pictures showed a ping-pong table as one of the amenities but apparently that was damaged in a storm and not replaced. Wasn't a big deal for us because we had plenty else to do, but was something worth noting if that was something you're counting on. Overall, The house was perfect for what we needed and I would absolutely stay there again!

Short stay for Family Wedding

Great place , plenty of room to enjoy, only negative was could have used more towels and extra pillow cases for the extra pillows , also needed more then one roll of bathroom paper in each bathroom! It was very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and also needed an Iron and ironing board that the house didn’t have ! But overall , the house was very nice!
