Welcome to “SandyBeachPSJcom” a brand new and impeccably furnished home with a relaxed goin’ coastal vibe. SandyBeachPSJcom and its sister property BlueHeronPSJcom are located in the community of WindMark Beach which is a five minute drive to downtown Port St Joe, FL where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and activities.
Included amenities; gas golf cart, bikes, beach wagon, boogie boards, kayak, large wheeled cooler, all linens and towels including beach towels. Together the (2) kitchens have everything you could possibly imagine to enjoy to prepare family meals together, and there is a BBQ and a low country boil cooker.
This single story home is beach side with views of the bay, and adjacent to the community boardwalk which leads to the 2.5 mile paved beach walk (think biking, scootering, family walks) and sand trail leading to the beach. No cars are allowed on this walkway for most of the trail. There is a golf cart included with the property for your use and you are seconds to the cart path to the beach access trail. The home offers four bedrooms and three full baths which will accommodate ten guests comfortably. This amazing property has two living rooms, and two kitchens, dual HVAC controllers, plus a king sized bedroom which can be closed off to become a mother in law suite to ensure added privacy. The supersized king master has an “office” area for those who choose to combine work and pleasure during their stay. The master also has a private bath with a double vanity, large shower, oversize soaking tub and walk in closet. The two additional spacious bedrooms are located either side of the third full bath and located on the main level. Being on one level makes it possible for those who are unable to climb stairs to participate in all the family time activities. There are six internet ready TVs in the house, and the two living rooms each have their own 65” TV. This means the kiddos can have their entertainment area with full kitchen and snack station area, while the adults can have an area to chill out and have quit conversation. Speaking of kitchen areas this new home has all brand new stainless steel appliances, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything even the most discriminating chefs would want to be able to prepare awesome meals at home. Everything has been thought of including a plethora of kitchen items (chefs knives, blenders, crockpot coffee maker etc), BBQ grill, and low country boil cooker.
The back patio is a heavenly place in the evening where you can look onto the conservation area and onto the St Joe Bay. The waves crash and provide the perfect spot to relax while drinking your favorite evening beverage while watching the sun set into to the bay. You will be taking in the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see! As night fades to black you get to watch the stars pop out of the night sky while the waves crash onto the beach. The home offers plenty of room for quiet spaces to watch tv and nap, or hang out together in the large open living rooms.
Door to shore is a leisurely stroll on a charming boardwalk bordering the home where you will find the squeaky powder white sand on this amazing pristine beach where shell hunting is awesome. There is wildlife everywhere including blue herons and egrets. The community boasts two amazing resort style pools (we supply the beach towels), miles of bike/walking paths which are blocked to cars, and a city center with multiple restaurants, quaint bar which routinely has entertainment, salon, gym, and sundry store. All you really need to bring is your food, beverages and a bathing suit we got everything else covered!
