​​​​​​​-A golf cart is included with the property for your use. To activate access, we'll need a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a signed Golf Cart Liability Form. Please contact us if you'd like to use the cart so we can get everything set up. Guests will be charged the replacement cost for any lost golf cart keys.
-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+TAX will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout
-Please note that there is still some new construction taking place in the neighborhood, but it should not disturb your stay.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.
-Towels for beach outings are not supplied.
