An exterior staircase leads guests to the front door on the second story, next to a convenient laundry room—feel free to pack light! Continue past the nautical-inspired guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a TV into the sunny great room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar for 4 that overlooks the living space.
